First class Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration/Other relevant Management related discipline/PGDBM/PGDM PROGRAMMES ( minimum 2 years duration) recognised by AICTE/MHRD/UGC & declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU

Assistant
Professor

Ph.D. Degree or a Fellowship of IIMs, ICA or ICWA with first class Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration/ Other relevant Management related disciplines/PGDBM/PGDM programmes (minimum 2 years duration )recognised by AICTE/MHRD/UGC & declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU  with 2 years experience in Teaching/Industry/Research/Profession.
OR
First Class Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration/Other relevant Management related disciplines/PGDBM/PGDM programmes (minimum 2 years duration )recognized by AICTE/MHRD/UGC & declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU with 5 years experience in Teaching/Industry/Research/Profession. Such candidates will be required to obtain Ph.D. Degree or a fellowship of IIMs, ICA or ICWA OR ANY AICTE approved institution within a period of 7 years from the date of appointment as Assistant Professor failing which will be stopped until same degree is earned.

Candidates from Industry/Profession with First Class Master’s Degree in Management/Administration/Other relevant Management related disciplines/PGDBM/PGDM programmes (minimum 2 years duration )recognised by AICTE/MHRD/UGC & declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU
AND
Professional work which is significant and can be recognized at National/International level, as equivalent to Ph.D. degree and with 2 years managerial experience in Industry/Profession would also be eligible.

Professor

Ph.D. Degree or a fellowship of IIMs, ICA or ICWA with first class Master’s Degree in Business Management /Administration/Other relevant Management related disciplines//PGDBM/PGDM programmes (minimum 2 years duration )recognized by AICTE/MHRD/UGC & declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU and declared equivalent to MBA and with 10 years experience in Teaching/Industry/Research/Out of which 5 years must be the level of Assistant Professor and/or equivalent.

Candidates from industry/ Profession with First Class Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration/Other relevant Management related disciplines//PGDBM/PGDM programmes (minimum 2 years duration )recognized by AICTE/MHRD/UGC & declared equivalent to MBA by AICTE/AIU and declared equivalent to MBA 
and 
Professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D. Degree and with 10 year’s Industry/Professional experience of which at least 5 years should be at a Senior Level comparable to that of an Assistant Professor, would also be eligible.

Principal/
Director/
Head of Institute

Professor in the relevant  discipline with the total experience of  15 years  in the field of  Teaching/Industry/Research.
The maximum age for holding the post of Director/ Principle shall be 65 years.


Note :
If a class/ division is not awarded at Master's degree/PGDM/Programme/equivalent degree a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to 1st class/division. If a grade point system is adopted the CGPA will be converted to equivalent mark's and minimum CGPA shall be 6.75 in the scale of 10.

LIBRARIAN :
Masters Degree in Library Science/ Relevant Subject with at least Second Class or it's equivalent grade with good academic record plus experience of two years. Must have passed the UGC NET / SET
