Pedagogy and salient features --
- Case learning method is predominately used by the faculty in all disciplines
- Class room presentations by the students –compulsory activity.
- Group discussions and interview techniques.
- Mock interviews organized for placements
- We have foreign language cell- French language training is given to all the students. Japanese language starting from July 2010
- Soft skill developmental activities are conducted by experts from Pune.
- Internal evaluation is depends upon student’s class interactions , submission of assignments, participation in group activities ,etc and is done by individual faculty
- For overall discipline each students is evaluated individually.
- Students counseling is also introduced from 2009-10
- For summer training is we have MOU with some organizations.
- English language training is a regular feature of our programme, as most of the students are from rural area and English was a second language for them.
- Faculty members are deputed to various training programs of IITs ,IIMs & ICFAI
- Faculty members are motivated for research & consultancy activities.
- Non teaching staff has been deputed to various training programs.
- MOU is signed for industry – institution interactions- industry visits, etc.
- Expert lectures and Seminars - Regular feature..
- Management games organized by the Institute.
- Students are motivated for participation in quiz and competitions
- Strong Placement Support for Final / Summer Placements in MNCs
- Faculty members & Students are motivated for conducting the Research work.
