Course Goal	To acquaint the learners with the grammar of French and as well as French Culture and Civilization. To enable the learners to use language in day to day activities, in business, traveling, conversing with French people. To equip the learners with all the basics of language opening the doors of multinational environment.
Pedagogy	Focuses on creative, innovative and student-centric approach of teaching language. Follows cognitivistic, communicative, and community language learning approach as well as translation methods. Focuses more on LSRW skills throughout the course, using multimedia. Involves games, role-plays, and multimedia as well as simulations to make the learning more interesting and engaging. IBMRD Certificate Course for Japanese Language

Duration: 1 year course, About 240 Hrs. (24Hrs / Month) ,Trainer- Mrs Patankar,IBMRD

Scope: Basic Japanese speaking like, Simple sentence formation, Self Introduction, Japanese social and business culture, Clock and Japanese numbering system, Counters and Introductory Grammar - syntax. Introduction to current India Japan Business Relation and market requirement for Japanese Bilinguals.

Pedagogy: Teaching with very Interactive, Encouraging and with simple and smooth strategies of Instructions in completely accordance with student and with proper understanding of student interest.Wherever possible will try to keep addressing about real time business translations requirements and the best way to perform translations based on basic qualification of the student.Introduction to Japanese Business ethics which is one of the most important etiquette in Japanese Business Culture.

Main focus will be Interactive Sessions by having actual Japanese conversations during learning, QA sessions having groups, Japanese songs, games etc. which helps to generate interest among the class.Making interest by letting know the Etymology of Pictographic letters which are quite important in East Asian languages. Will try to keep some song/ essay competitions among class and will conduct some small project which will reflect the total learning during the course.
